How SafarSetu manages rescue

You send WhatsApp SOS with live location + what failed.
AI Trip Watch (and ops) triage severity, draft WhatsApp, then we call a partner garage / tow on that corridor (Expressway, NH-48, NH-160, Konkan).
If the car can’t be fixed quickly, we arrange a replacement vehicle from Mira Road or the nearest partner — target ~90 minutes on Pune / Nashik / Shirdi belts; farther routes are best-effort with continuous updates.
Govt helplines stay available for medical, crime, and highway patrol.
